Depressed, the grandmother of a teenager in Pakil, Laguna reported to the Police.
This was after Gen. was declared dead. Cailles Hospital in that town is his grandson.
According to the victim’s grandmother, identified as Elizabeth Rabutazo, her grandson Reymart Madrazo was covered in bruises when he returned to their house.
Based on the initial investigation, the victim Madrazo underwent initiation rites or hazing by a fraternity in the mountainous part of Twin Falls in Brgy. San Juan in the town of Kalayaan.
The Laguna PNP is continuing its investigation into who was behind the hazing and whether anyone else was with the victim when it did so.
