Gwyneth Anne Chua, nicknamed Poblacion Girl, has already submitted her counter-affidavit.
In the said statement, Chua presented his version of the story about the events attended in December, even though it was supposed to be in a quarantined hotel.
It will be recalled that Chua, her parents, boyfriend, and five staff of the Berjaya Hotel in Makati City were charged.
They face charges of violating the Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health Events of the Public Health Concern Act.
Berjaya, on the other hand, was temporarily closed by the DOT and LGU, as punishment for negligence when their occupant came out.
